Free Local Delivery For patients who find it difficult to get to the pharmacy — whether due to mobility issues, work commitments, childcare or simply distance — we offer **free local delivery** across the surrounding area. Deliveries are made by our own trained team in discreet, sealed bags, and we can leave parcels with neighbours or in safe places by prior arrangement. Controlled drugs always require a signature for your safety.
Medicine Use Reviews As part of the service, our pharmacists conduct regular **medicine use reviews** (MURs) to make sure your prescriptions remain appropriate, effective and free of unwanted side effects. These free, confidential consultations are an opportunity to:
- Ask any questions about how your medicines work
- Discuss any side effects you’ve noticed
- Review timings and interactions, especially if you take several different medications
- Identify any items you no longer need, helping reduce NHS waste
- Get advice on lifestyle changes that complement your treatment

Compliance Aids For anyone managing several medications a day, remembering what to take and when can be challenging. We provide **multi-compartment compliance aids** (commonly known as dosette boxes) where each dose is pre-packed into a labelled compartment for the day and time. These are particularly helpful for older patients, those caring for a relative, or anyone returning home after a hospital stay.
